Daryl Raiford

Daryl Raiford is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ribbon Communications. Previously, he served as the CFO of GENBAND from 2010 until the merger between Sonus Networks and GENBAND in 2017 responsible for global financial, business operations and supply chain functions. Between 2007 and 2010, he served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer and then Vice President of Business Transformation at Freescale Semiconductor where he oversaw restructuring of Freescale’s manufacturing footprint, monetization of under-utilized assets and intellectual property, and the consolidation of global design, sales and marketing.

From 2004 through 2007, Daryl was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Travelport Worldwide Limited, responsible for the global financial, communications, product management, information technology, and general and administrative functions of this UK-based global travel distribution firm.  During his tenure, Travelport’s revenue and employee-base doubled through major acquisitions including Orbitz (USA), GTA (global) and ebookers.com (Europe). He chaired global merger integration teams, helping to successfully integrate all aspects of acquired businesses.

Before Travelport, Daryl served as Vice President Finance and Administration, Americas for Hewlett Packard between 2002 and 2004 and as Corporate Controller for Compaq Computer Corporation between 1999 and its acquisition by Hewlett Packard in 2002.  He also served as Chief Financial Officer for Shell Technology Ventures, based in Houston, Texas and The Hague, the Netherlands.  Daryl served ten years at Price Waterhouse in London and Houston, and is a Certified Public Accountant. 

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.  In 2012, Mr. Raiford was honored as Dallas CFO of the Year award nominee by D CEO Magazine.
